On November 15, you are invited to be a part of our first Women United Lunch. I hope to provide a behind-the-scenes look at how you can make a difference for children. I’m inviting women, like you, who have demonstrated a genuine commitment to making our community better.
Our partners at Joe’s Kids will share insights from their expanded therapy services in their new building, and provide an exclusive preview of their next phase; a new partnership with United Way.
Our Schools United team will peel back the curtain on strategies that are connecting community volunteers with two Elementary Schools to tackle some of our toughest challenges facing kids.
This is a working lunch, a time to get you up to speed on some great ideas and to show you how to get involved. I want to be clear – this is a fundraiser for our children’s initiatives. We can’t do this without you.
Over the last five years, Women United has included hundreds of women in our activities. I hope you will join us as we continue to grow a table for women’s philanthropy and make a difference for children.
